Located in McMinnville, we serve the mid-valley wine region and the Oregon coast. Shoemates Footwear and Repair was built in 2013 in Historic Downtown Third Street and has added new manufacturer lines every year as we grow to meet customer demand. We try to know most of our customers' names and their families and we employ six people from within our community. "Shoemates" offers repair services that are hard to find elsewhere. Many of our footwear products are US-made with American materials and we also carry products made in Portugal, Spain, Germany, Romania, Australia, Mexico, Poland, Canada and elsewhere. February 10th of 2018 we officially opened for business in the Carriage House Shoppes on South Grove Street in the little mountain town of Dahlonega, Georgia. Originally known as the site of the first Georgia gold rush in 1829, Dahlonega is now famous for it’s annual Gold Rush Festival as well as many others held throughout the year. After moving here for the college in 2011 we fell in love with the area and the people in it. With a population of about 6,500 people it has that real small-town feel, and that’s how we like it. A lot of people call this town “Dall-O-Nay-GUH”, but we call it home.

Southern Soles has one goal in mind – bringing unique, quality products together that have a timeless, classic style. Currently we feature Ariat boots, SlideBelts, Original Grain watches as well as Floretine wax seal stamps and buffalo leather goods. We’ve more than doubled our styles of footwear in the first year which now includes work boots, kids boots, riding boots, casual footwear and sandals.
